Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, your estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available), allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Home Kits is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or appears to be lost, please contact us at homkithomkit@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
